Tailor-made Morocco tours, planned locally
Tailor-made Morocco tours let you see the country on your own terms: your dates, your pace, your choice of riads and the places that matter most to you. Our local team in Marrakech has been designing private trips across Morocco for over a decade, and we start every itinerary from a blank page rather than a fixed brochure.
Perhaps you dream of a night under the stars in the Sahara, a slow week in the medinas of Fes and Marrakech, or a family road trip with short driving days and a pool at every stop. We turn those ideas into a realistic day-by-day route with a private driver, a comfortable vehicle and hand-picked accommodation.
How to plan a trip to Morocco with us
- Share your ideas – send us your travel dates, the number of travellers, your budget and any must-see places through our free quote request form, by email or on WhatsApp.
- Receive a proposal – we reply with a day-by-day itinerary, accommodation options and a clear price for your group.
- Fine-tune it together – swap destinations, add a rest day, upgrade a hotel or shorten a long drive until the plan feels right.
- Confirm your booking – secure the trip with a 10% deposit by PayPal or card; the balance is paid on the first day of your tour.
- Enjoy the journey – your driver meets you at your hotel or the airport, and our team stays reachable throughout the trip.

Why choose a bespoke Morocco trip?
A fixed tour suits some travellers, but Morocco rewards flexibility. Distances are long – Marrakech to the Merzouga dunes is around 560 km, or 9–10 hours on the road – so the way a route is paced makes a real difference to how much you enjoy it. A bespoke trip lets you break up long drives, linger where you love it and skip what does not interest you.
- Your own driver and vehicle – travel privately and stop for photos, mint tea or a short walk whenever you like.
- Accommodation to match your style – choose standard riads and guesthouses, or upgrade to luxury Morocco tours with boutique hotels and private desert tents.
- Flexible start and end points – begin in Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca, Tangier or Agadir, with hotel or airport pick-up.
- Activities you choose – add guided medina walks, cooking classes, a hammam, mountain hikes or a sunset camel ride.
If you prefer a ready-made route, our private Morocco tours follow tried-and-tested itineraries, while Morocco small group tours are a good-value option for solo travellers and couples. Every tour below can also be a starting point: pick the one closest to your plans and we will adapt it for you.

Build your custom Morocco itinerary
Most travellers combine two or three of the themes below. Tell us which appeal to you and we will link them into a route that flows naturally, without unnecessary backtracking.
The Sahara and the southern kasbahs
The Erg Chebbi dunes near Merzouga rise to around 150 m and are the highlight of most trips. On the way you can visit Aït Benhaddou, the Dades Valley and the Todra Gorge, then ride a camel into the dunes and sleep in a desert camp. Browse our Morocco desert tours for ideas, or add a longer camel trekking in Morocco experience.
Imperial cities and the blue town
Fes, Meknes, Rabat and Marrakech each have a distinct character, from the maze-like medina of Fes to the lively squares and souks of Marrakech. Add the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains, around four hours' drive from Fes.
Mountains, valleys and the coast
Spend a day or two walking between Berber villages in the High Atlas, beneath Mount Toubkal (4,167 m), or unwind in the Atlantic town of Essaouira, about three hours from Marrakech. The coast is a relaxing way to end a trip after the heat of the south.

Sample routes by trip length
- 4–5 days – Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains and a night in the Sahara, finishing in Marrakech or Fes.
- 1 week – Marrakech, Aït Benhaddou, the Dades and Todra valleys, a desert camp in Merzouga and Fes. Our 8-day tour from Marrakech to Tangier shows how this route can continue north.
- 10 days – add Chefchaouen and Volubilis, or a few relaxed days in Essaouira.
- 2 weeks or more – a full loop through the north, the imperial cities, the desert and the Atlantic coast at an unhurried pace.

When to go and what to consider
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) bring the most comfortable temperatures across the country. Summer is very hot in the desert and the south, so we plan early starts and shorter days, or lean towards the coast and mountains. From November to March, desert nights are cold, although days are often sunny and pleasant.
Let us know about children, older travellers, dietary needs or mobility concerns when you get in touch. We adapt driving times, rooms and activities so the trip works for everyone in your group.

Tailor-made Morocco tours: your questions answered
How many days do you need for a trip to Morocco?
One week is enough for Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara and Fes. With 10 days to two weeks you can add Chefchaouen, the coast or extra time in each place without long driving days.
How much does a tailor-made Morocco tour cost?
The price depends on the size of your group, the length of the trip, the accommodation level and the season. Quotes are free, and the tour pages above show live prices with online booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three months ahead is ideal, especially for spring, autumn and holiday periods when the best riads and desert camps fill up. We can often arrange trips at shorter notice too.
Can you plan trips for families and older travellers?
Yes. We keep driving days manageable, choose family-friendly rooms and suggest activities suited to all ages.
Is it safe to travel around Morocco with a private driver?
Morocco is a welcoming destination, and travelling with an experienced local driver makes getting around simple. For practical advice, read our guide is Morocco safe to visit.
How do I pay for my trip?
You confirm your booking online with a 10% deposit by PayPal or card, and pay the balance on the first day of your tour.
